Branch Director - Minneapolis, MN.

Summary

Nursefinders, an AMN Company and national provider of health care staffing for over 35 years, is currently seeking an experienced Area Director or Branch Director for our offices. This is an opportunity for you to use your expertise to rapidly advance & grow with an excellent Company.

Responsibilities:
Our Directors are responsible for the programs and business affairs of the office as a whole in their market. The right candidate will be assisting in the growth of well established staffing offices by developing and nurturing relationships with large clients, supervising the hiring and retaining of quality healthcare professionals, all while maintaining Nursefinders ongoing staffing reputation for only accepting the highest in quality and care.

Qualifications:

* Strong Recruiter and Account Management background.
* At least three years in a Supervisory role over a per diem type setting.
* Bachelors degree preferred, but not required.
* Proven P&L experience a plus.
* At least 2 years of proven Sales Experience within staffing.
