Join our Edina office! We're looking for a Broker Compensation Analyst to administer bonus payments. Here is a chance to enjoy competitive benefits, growth potential and the support of a Fortune 50 organization.

Primary Responsibilities:




  • Analyzing data for accuracy and errors



  • Conducting company and government reporting



  • Ensuring accurate payments are delivered in a timely manner



  • Administering bonus payments to external brokers on a monthly and quarterly basis



  • Identify and research missing data from various source

Skills / Requirements


Requirements:


  • 1+ years of commission, compensation or data analyst experience required

  • Intermediate skills using Microsoft Access and Excel are imperative

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field is needed.


Assets:

  • Experience leading a project is preferred.

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
