Position Description:

Positions in this function are responsible for all aspects of quality assurance within the Enrollment & Employer Installation job family. Conducts audits and provides feedback to reduce errors and improve processes and performance.


Primary Responsibilities:

• Pulling daily samples for quality auditors


• Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting


• Communication with the leadership team to understand needs and give status updates


• Creating charts and presentation decks


• Basic, structured, standard approach to work

Skills / Requirements

Requirements:

• 
  
  High School Diploma/GED
  


• 
  
  2+ years of experience in the BEO Case Installation Quality area as well as a strong understanding of the reporting involved
  


• 
  
  Intermediate skills in MS Excel and Access
