Position Description:
Positions in this function are responsible for all aspects of quality assurance within the Enrollment & Employer Installation job family. Conducts audits and provides feedback to reduce errors and improve processes and performance.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Pulling daily samples for quality auditors
- Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
- Communication with the leadership team to understand needs and give status updates
- Creating charts and presentation decks
- Basic, structured, standard approach to work

Skills / Requirements
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
2+ years of experience in the BEO Case Installation Quality area as well as a strong understanding of the reporting involved
Intermediate skills in MS Excel and Access
