Position Responsibilities:
Provide quality project coordination, data analysis and overall support to the Human Capital strategy of the business segment and overall HC programs and initiatives of UHG. In partnership with Human Capital Partners (HCPs) and corporate Centers of Expertise (COE's), supports projects from start to implementation, establishing and maintaining an environment that promotes teamwork and supports our company's Self Service model. Position reports to the HC Consultant who owns and directs the operational management of core HC processes and initiatives within UnitedHealthcare.
- Key support of the operational and administrative management of core HC initiatives within UHC:
- Talent Management
- Vital Signs Opinion Survey
- MAP
- Common Review
- Equity options
- Segment wide survey management; design, development & analysis
- Cost Containment Initiatives/Workforce Reductions
- Proposal Content Team RFP management
- Executive Orientation program
- Insight 360 management
- Giving Campaign program management
- Site specific programs and events
- Partner with HCPs in the development and implementation of strategies/solutions to address tactical and strategic business needs.
- Training and execution of new tools & services, i.e. HRcharter, HCDashboard,
- Designing & executing surveys to employees for specific business leaders; managing feedback sessions based on survey data
- Building process improvements for specific strategic programs, i.e. Black Belts, QVC, internship program
- Utilize metrics from various tools to report, analyze and deliver analysis to HCP's for specific business strategies where additional consultation is required.
- Projects that require deeper dives into turnover data, i.e. a specific location issue, or a job family in retention crisis
- Specific demographics for businesses at the division level, i.e. diversity, telecommuters, sales banded detail
- Exit interview survey data mgt and analysis
- CAP/NI analysis; deeper dives within business when needed
Specific data censuses and statistical summaries regarding employee job data, pay data and related information that can't be found in the close package or dashboard. May develop queries and generate more reports for authorized managers and Human Capital

Skills / Requirements
Requirements:
Intermediate Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint- 3+ years human capital and/or human resources experience
- 1+ year experience project management and/or project coordination
- Associate's Degree required
Assets:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Healthcare experience
- Business Analysis experience
- Corporate Communications experience
