Responsibilities:
TE Connectivity has an opportunity for a Functional Support SAP Associate Analyst within our IT organization located in Shakopee, MN. This position has the principle responsibility for the daily functional support of the TE business systems within global Customer Service and the implementation/maintenance of various SAP Business processes in the Sales and Distribution module.
Requirement:
Major responsibilities include the following:
* Assists in the analysis required to develop processes that address complex operational situations. Analysis to be done using all available production technologies, business information systems, and other applicable resources while keeping in mind the capacity and limitations of those resources and the form of the desired results.
* Prepare detailed specifications from which systems are developed or modified that are used for the basis of the development.
* Prepare detailed documentation in support of user training.
* Support the design, documentation, and integration of new processes into the existing corporate structure.
* Document and test systems in accordance with TE Connectivity strategic plans. Applicant must have a command of the technology and business processes to complete all phases of the system development methodology.
* Work with the Customer in the implementation of information technology in accordance with TE and IT strategic plans.
* Support the Customer Service user community in solving order management issues through existing approved processes and procedures within SAP and CRM.
Position Qualifications/Competencies
Required:
* 2-3 years experience configuring SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and CRM applications of SAP/ERP ECC 6.0.
* 3-5 years experience in an SAP role performing Customer Service operations.
* 3-5 years experience designing, building and implementing business solutions using information technology or in related field.
* Experience training others and developing training documentation.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Prior experience working with IT deployments and rollouts of application functionality within a global setting.
* Travel may be needed to support specific project work.
* Experience with business process improvement.
Preferred:
* Performance in a Process Lead role.
* Understanding of SAP ABAP and data warehouse reporting
* Knowledge of various business tools used in performing Customer Service functions.
Required Education Level:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
