Primary Responsibilities:

• Auditing and reimbursing employee expenses


• Maintaining knowledge of the travel and reimbursement policies


• Acting as a resource for employees with questions about expense reimbursements


• Reviewing and auditing receipts


• Ensuring reimbursements are audited in a timely manner


• Educating employees and their managers on the filing policy


• Auditing employee expense reports

Skills / Requirements

Requirements:

• 
  
  High School diploma/GED.
  


• 
  
  3+ years Customer service experience handling escalated issues.
  


• 
  
  3+ years previous accounts payable experience.
  


• 
  
  Exposure to using MS Outlook.
  

Assets:

• 
  
  An Associate's degree or higher is ideal
  


• 
  
  Candidates with an accounting, banking or finance background will be preferred
