Jobing Description


Position Responsibilities:


  • Manage calendars

  • Coordinate travel

  • Manage expense reimbursement

  • Provide back up support for other executive assistants as needed

  • Act as a resource for others

  • Coordinates activities for leaders and Sr Team

  • Provide internal and external customer service to employees, vendors and clients

  • Provide phone assistance

  • Monitor executives' e-mail

  • Write communications on behalf of executives

  • Proofread documents

  • Coordinate others' activities



Positions in this function include more traditional administrative/clerical support roles including: answering the telephone, typing/word processing of documents, maintaining calendars and setting up meetings, making travel arrangements, copying, faxing, greeting visitors, setting up files, tracking expenses, and coordinating building and equipment maintenance. At senior levels, function may include supervision of other clerical/administrative staff.

  • Extensive work experience within administrative function.

  • Ability to work independently and with little direction.

  • Enthusiastic and energetic

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office

Skills / Requirements


Requirements:


  • High School Diploma/GED required

  • 3+ years of administrative support experience

  • Intermediate level of skill with MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
