Develop large, complex data warehouse and analytic applications and play an active role in ETL architecture, design, development, deployment and support of the applications. Serve as a technical leader and collaborate with global technical teams to promote re-use. Develop consistent software design, construction, testing and deployment processes. Actively participate in business requirements sessions. Responsible for data warehousing and ETL design/development using DataStage. Involved in all phases of enterprise software development life cycle including analysis and data profiling. Provide consistent and timely status updates to the management. Create data migration/integration architecture design, technical design and develop and review jobs, routines and scripts. Lead and participate in complex technical analysis and resolution of production issues to ensure reliable, stable and secure operations. Serve on Technical Review Board and actively participate in design and code review sessions. Define foundational areas such as policies and procedures, standards, testing frameworks and operation models. Utilize the following tools: UNIX commands, shell scripting, relational databases, SQL, Enterprise job scheduling tools and Visio.

Skills / Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

5 years related, progressive, post-baccalaureate experience.

Must have demonstrated experience with (1) UNIX commands and shell scripting; (2) data warehousing, ETL design/development and DataStage; (3) relational databases and SQL; and (4) Enterprise job scheduling tools and Visio.
