Human Resource Business Partner, CWT US, LLC (Minnetonka, MN & Remote). Partner directly with the business, senior  leaders & teams supporting them with all people initiatives; Support strategic people planning process of the global  group/function dvlpg the relevant organizational dsgn & annual people plan; Partner with country HR team & HR Service  Centers to deliver exceptional HR process delivery & responsiveness & ensure compliance with country laws & policies.  Reqmts: Bachelors deg or equivalent Human Resources or a related field. Min. 3 yrs of exp in job or in strategic business  partner role in a global envrmt. Knowledge of PHR or SPHR; Microsoft Office Suite or similar HRIS. Remote work  available.
